Remedy heeft in een interview met Eurogamer een boekje over Alan Wake opengedaan. Als eerst heeft het bedrijf aangegeven dat de ‘The Writer’ DLC mogelijk niet de laatste uitbreiding voor het enge spel zal zijn.
“I can’t confirm whether this is going to be the last one or not. There are some things in the pipeline that we’re looking at, and we’re balancing out how we will move on with this.”
Daarnaast sprak Remedy ook over een mogelijke sequel. Het bedrijf gaf aan dat het hier met alle liefde aan zou willen werken en dit in ieder geval in samen werking met Microsoft zou willen doen. Een mogelijke release van Alan Wake voor de PlayStation 3 zit er dus niet in. Een release voor de PC sloot de ontwikkelaar niet uit, al moeten we eerst nog maar eens zien of het eerste deel überhaupt nog eens voor de PC uit gaat komen.

They feel it’s an important title for their portfolio. It fits into their portfolio among other games like Gears of War, Halo and Forza. They think of their first-party games as a package and a portfolio for the 360. My understanding is we have a great fit in that portfolio as well.”

Me too 😀 hoop wel dat ze in die dlc’s niet te veel verhaal verklappen want ik heb geen zin om er de ganse tijd voor te betalen al vond ik the signal wel leuk.
