Zonder persbericht en zomaar opeens heeft Sony de PlayStation 5 toegevoegd aan een aantal van hun websites. Via Reddit werd ons duidelijk gemaakt dat de Britse PlayStation website nu een PS5-sectie bevat, waarop je je kunt aanmelden voor de nieuwsbrief. Ook is onderstaande tekst te lezen:
