Toki Tori 2 heeft vertraging

De puzzelgame Toki Tori 2 is volgens ontwikkelaar Two Tribes nog niet goed genoeg voor een release. Het Wii U-spel zou 20 december op te markt komen, maar is nu uitgesteld tot begin 2013.

Two Tribes liet dit weten op zijn website. Volgens de ontwikkelaar moet de game nog iets beter worden:

It’s also the most complete game experience we’ve developed so far; the whistle and stomp concept is rather unique, the game world is filled with all kinds of creatures, we’ve added an interactive storyline and we’ll allow you to explore the game’s world as you see fit. All these things are in the game right now, but there are so many things that could, no… should be a better that we feel we would do you a disservice to you if we release it in its current form.

De game heeft geen uitgever en dat maakt het voor Two Tribes nog persoonlijker. Hij geeft aan dat Toki Tori 2 hierdoor met meer liefde wordt gemaakt. Hopelijk kunnen wij dit ook terug zien in de gameplay.
