Vandaag krijgt Max Payne 3 voor zowel Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 als PC een update. Volgens Rockstar moet deze update een aantal problemen met de game en met name de multiplayer oplossen. Een volledige lijst met alle updates is hieronder te vinden:
