Alan Wake’s American Nightmare ook naar PC?

Goed nieuws voor alle Alan Wake-liefhebbers zonder Xbox 360. Nadat het origineel op de PC is uitgekomen, lijkt het er nu ook op dat Alan Wake’s American Nightmare zijn weg naar de PC zal vinden.

Aldus Oskari Hakkinen, hoofd van franchise development van Remedy. Overigens zal een port naar de PC waarschijnlijk veel minder lang op zich laten wachten, aangezien Remedy bij American Nightmare de kosten van de game volledig op zich heeft genomen, in tegenstelling tot het origineel. Hierdoor heeft Microsoft een stuk minder inspraak. Als laatste hebben we nog slecht nieuws voor de PlayStation 3-bezitters, want het is nu wel zeker dat Alan Wake nooit een bezoekje aan de PlayStation zal brengen.

Klare taal dus, ook legde Hakkinen de band tussen Remedy en Microsoft wat verder uit;

And we had a relationship with Microsoft already. We showed the game to them, and they were like, this is awesome. Let’s put it out. Once you’ve got a relationship going, things are a lot easier. Once you’ve got the hotline to call the right people and say, this is what we’re doing, and there’s mutual respect there, they say, you guys do quite good stuff, we like it, so come over and show it.
