Het verhaal van Toy Story gaat verder met ten minste nog twee korte films, waarvan de eerste voorafgaand aan Cars 2 zal worden vertoond. De tweede (vooralsnog zonder titel) zal te zien zijn bij The Muppets, die in december in première gaat. Hier zie je alvast twee foto’s van nummer één, Hawaiian Vacation dus, geregisseerd door Gary Rydstrom.
De afbeeldingen zijn afkomstig uit Entertainment Weekly (het gaat om een scan, vandaar de wat mindere kwaliteit). In het tijdschrift zei Rydstrom zelf:
