PS3-gebruikers die vandaag hun console opstarten en de Call of Duty: Black Ops disc erin stoppen, zullen een melding te zien krijgen over een nieuwe patch. De PS3-versie van Black Ops is namelijk vandaag gepatcht met versie 1.06 die verscheidene gameplay-gerelateerde problemen oplost, nieuwe contracten in de roulatie gooit en een pre-match timer toevoegt aan LAN en System-Link games.
