Vivendi Universal komt eind dit jaar met een spel dat gebaseerd is op het boek The Hobbit “or there and back again” van Tolkien. Eerdere games die naar zijn boeken uitkwamen zijn The Fellowship of the Ring en The Two Towers. Deze game zal zowel voor de Playstation 2, de Xbox, de GameCube als de PC op de markt komen.
