Je kunt natuurlijk je home console portable maken (zie hier en hier), maar echte draagbaarheid blijft voorbehouden aan de handhelds zoals de GameBoy Advance. Wat je met een grotere console wel hebt, is een TV en die kun je dan ook gebruiken om lekker te zappen.
Sinds kort kan dat ook met de GameBoy Advance, al moet je er dan nog wel even een tuner bij kopen. Deze tuner wordt in Azie geproduceerd en heeft de volgende eigenschappen:- Battery: AA x 4 (optional)

http://www.lik-sang.com biedt het apparaatje al aan voor zo’n 59,56 euro, maar op het moment is het ‘tijdelijk niet leverbaar’. Wie twijfelt aan het apparaat, die vindt het vast goed om te weten dat je er zelfs GameCube en PS2 games goed mee kunt spelen (ben benieuwd hoe je het ding dan vasthoudt…) en dat zelfs DVD’s kijken op de GBA nog best te doen is, aldus de mensen achter NCSX.
