The story follows Atrus, the creator of worlds and father of two evil hearted sons and one evil hearted father. The first two games chronicled your attempt to help set things right by traveling to different worlds filled with crazy puzzles standing in the way of your ability to fix things. The story in Exile takes place ten years after the events in Riven. It’s not a side story like you might think, considering it was created by a different developer, but another chapter in the continuing saga of Atrus and his troubles with his family.
